How Do We Work?

          Masoom Rights Forum Balochistan (MRFB) work approach has two ways which are as under: -

          District Level:

   Primary Approach

          Select two to four Union Councils in a District, in this stage a formal formation of children, women and men groups on democratic and transparency bases in different village of each Union Council or in shape of Cluster Village group.

          Intervention Steps

1.                 Formation of Groups

2.                 Capacity building of formed groups on basis rights bases issues.

3.                 Registration procedure and process.

4.                 Linkage development with line agencies and NGOs.

5.                 Work planning on Monthly, quarterly and annual bases.

          Secondary Approach

1.                 Meeting with elected members of Village groups on quarterly bases.

2.                 Participatory development seminar on Basis rights issues on Bi annual bases at District Level.

3.                 Participatory Development Seminar on Basic Rights issues on annual bases at Provincial Level.

4.                 Advocacy for different local, national Basic rights.

          Provincial Level

1.                 Meeting among the District Elected Governance body members.

2.                 Review and work planning for quarterly bases.

3.                 Workshop on provincial and national issues on Bi annual bases.

4.                 Seminar on provincial and national issues on annual bases.

5.                 Annual review and work planning.

6.                 Election of Provincial Governing Body after every two years.
